"Arrived faster than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure it would show up on time, but the parts came quickly and everything arrived as promised. No issues with the order, which was a nice surprise...

"Wrong part in the box"
I ordered one part and got something completely different in the box. To make it more annoying, I had to keep verifying the same info over and over just to try to sort it out. Frustrating experience overall...

"Part fit like the checker said it would"
I ordered a part for my car and I was kind of expecting some headache, because I’ve had the wrong stuff show up from other sites before. So I was mainly just hoping the fitment checker wasn’t guessing.
Turns out the info on dna-autoparts.com was right. The part matched my model, lined up how it was supposed to, and I didn’t have to start cutting, forcing, or changing anything around.
So yeah, simple deal. Ordered it, got the right part, put it on first try, and that was that. I’m happy with it, easy 5 stars from me.

"Fast replies, even after I paid"
I’ll be honest, I got a bit nervous after making the payment because I wasn’t sure if they’d still be as responsive. But they actually replied really quickly and sorted out my question without any hassle

I found the basic stuff easily, so that was fine, but a couple parts I actually needed were either out of stock or not listed at all. Kinda frustrating ngl, but overall it was okay.

I was checking a few places for this part and, anyway, this site had it cheaper than the others. It showed up fine, no issues, and for what I paid, I’m happy. I’d use them again.

I ordered a few parts from dna-autoparts.com and overall they were alright . The fit was decent , and everything looked fine when I first got it installed . After using them for a bit though , one of the parts started wearing out faster than I expected . It’s not awful or anything , just feels kind of average for what I paid .
